WATER VALLEY ISD WELCOMES PARENTS TO txCONNECT! We are pleased and excited to be able to offer parents an ongoing look at their child's progress in regard to grades and attendance. Parents will be able to monitor their child's progress, keep informed of assignments, and view attendance records on a daily basis. Please keep in mind that the overall grade that you view in the gradebook is not final and is subject to change. Your child may have incomplete assignments, missing assignments, etc., and once those assignments have been completed with grades recorded, the completed grade wil certainly affect the overall grade average. Completed grades will be reported on your child's report card. When viewing attendance, please know that all absences are recorded as excused "U" and will be updated as notes are turned in to the office. Please allow one week to ten days for your child's absence to be updated by the system operator. We welcome and encourage you to contact your child's teacher with any questions or concerns.
